some of my servers are showing as offline on a website.

what is a problem? i have other servers on this server hosting provider and its no problem with them
and why can't we talk with a support like some time ago and we have to talk with this stupid bot who can't help and then searching, have to create account here and make stupid topics which are seems for everyone? XD

Regarding your "problem", it takes around 15 minutes for our system to check your server's status. The status itself (Offline/Online) doesn't affect your server's appearance in Master Server.
